Tweens and teens welcome as well if they are up for it.
This is a fantastic full body workout. It's benefits include: improved balance, strength, digestion, coordination and confidence. It allows us to connect back to our bodies, womb space, and tone our pelvic floors. It tones and strengthens muscles all over the body. Makes your body more flexible and agile, builds your coordination, keeps your brain healthy and sharp, while also building self confidence.
Belly Dancing is one of the oldest forms of expressive dance but we also have a lot of fun and build great friendships.
Arrive in comfortable, breathable clothing. Belly Dancing accessories will be available to borrow and purchase during class.
This class is suitable for all bodies and all levels of experience. First-timers welcome. Pre+post natal moms are encouraged to join us.
